About the role#
This internship offers rotations across Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success. You will work closely with these teams to understand our products, customers, and internal processes. This is a paid, full-time, rolling position.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support to eScholar customers by managing incoming issues through our incident management system.
- Identify ways to improve incident intake, issue tracking, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in testing and continuous improvement efforts for support processes and internal tools.
- Experiment with AI-enabled tools and automation to assist with issue triage, reporting, and team productivity.
- Support account management by preparing customer materials, tracking follow-up items, and monitoring engagement.
- Participate in design sessions and gather end-user requirements for data pipelines and reporting.
- Analyze source system data using various applications to identify data quality issues and anomalies.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL Server, Postgres, or Oracle.
- Experience with Python or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud-hosted applications.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as AWS Quicksight, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau.
- Prior experience with version control and functional testing.
- Experience creating technical documentation.
- Previous internship experience within the education sector is a plus.
