About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance while supporting the Hair Professionals division at Henkel. You will work on reporting, planning, and business analysis tasks. The role provides exposure to the full P&L and involves working with cross-functional teams to support financial management.
What you'll do#
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide financial support and business controlling to various teams.
- Participate in independent and group projects focused on short-, mid-, and long-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student expected to graduate in 2028 or 2029.
- Majoring in finance, accounting, business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others.
- An interest in the beauty industry.
- Experience with Power BI or SAP is a plus.

- Location: Culver City, California.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24th to August 13th).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Status: Full-time, paid at $27 per hour.
- Note: This position does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support.
