About the role#
We are looking for students to join our Accounting and Finance teams for a 10-week summer internship in 2027. You will work on projects that apply your academic skills to real financial challenges. You will partner with our teams to support operating plans, analyze data, and help leadership make informed decisions. This role is full-time and provides hands-on experience in a team-oriented environment.
What you'll do#
- Support a variety of Finance and Accounting projects.
- Analyze business data, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey insights.
- Use financial modeling to evaluate business opportunities and resource allocation.
- Track performance using metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations, including AR, AP, accruals, leases, and inventory.
- Participate in internal audits of fixed assets.
- Maintain the accuracy and compliance of financial records through research and process improvement.
- Advise leadership on ways to improve performance and minimize risk.
What you'll need#
- Successful completion of at least your junior year in a bachelor's program for Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Math, or Data Science.
- Ability to commit to a minimum 10-week summer internship.
- Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Strong judgment and the ability to work independently or with a team.
- Skills to build relationships and create an inclusive environment.
- Resourcefulness and a drive to see projects through to completion.

- Locations: Newark, DE; Elkton, MD; Flagstaff, AZ; or Phoenix, AZ.
- Modality: On-site or hybrid, depending on business needs.
- Compensation: $23 - $28 per hour.
- Sponsorship: We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
- Employment: This is a full-time, paid internship.
