About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work within the Henkel Consumer Brand Professional portfolio. You will support regional financial operations and contribute to business performance reviews. This is a paid, full-time position that runs from May 24, 2027, through mid-December 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews.
- Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for North America professional hair brands.
- Find ways to improve finance processes using automation, AI-enabled solutions, and reporting tools.
- Help with cross-functional business projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program with an expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
- A major in Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn.

- This role is based in Culver City, California.
- The work schedule is hybrid, requiring the ability to commute to the office.
- The pay rate for this position is $27 per hour.
- This role does not offer housing or relocation support.
