About the role#
Supply Chain interns at W. L. Gore & Associates work on project teams to address real-world challenges. You will own a specific project that uses the skills from your field of study and complete it before your internship ends. Throughout the summer, you will build relationships across functions and plants while gaining exposure to our business and functional competencies.
What you'll do#
- Support supply chain projects in areas such as planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing systems support, and sales operations.
- Interact with manufacturing, engineering, and business and information systems teams.
- Network with other interns and associates through organized events.
- Apply your academic knowledge to solve practical problems and deliver results.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Global Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Systems Engineering.
- Completion of at least your sophomore year of college before the internship starts.
- Intent to continue your degree in the fall.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to analyze diverse data, and a talent for collaborating with others.
- Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and take accountability for results.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without visa sponsorship.

- Locations: Elkton, Maryland; Phoenix, Arizona; or Flagstaff, Arizona.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site or hybrid, depending on the project.
- Status: Full-time and paid.
