About the role#
Henkel is hiring a Social & Creator Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Culver City, California. You will work with the SexyHair and DevaCurl brands to support digital marketing and creator management efforts.
What you'll do#
- Help execute digital marketing plans and brand activations to drive consumer engagement.
- Assist social managers during photoshoots and content creation.
- Research trends and plan content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Organize creative assets and presentations for cross-functional teams.
- Join brainstorming and planning sessions to improve brand visibility.
- Assist with community engagement, influencer list building, and creator management.
What you'll need#
- You are a student graduating in 2028 or 2029.
- You are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, including the ability to build presentations.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You have experience with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experience creating content is preferred.

- Compensation: $27 per hour.
