About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to construction management. You will work alongside project managers and superintendents to support daily project delivery. The program runs for 10 weeks, from May 24, 2027, to August 5, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support project delivery and assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination.
- Manage material tracking and project files.
- Draft submittals, RFIs, and change orders as part of document control.
- Prepare bid packages and help solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids.
- Review construction drawings and verify site conditions.
- Coordinate trades and support progress reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn project software including Microsoft Office 365, Procore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
