About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. This position is open exclusively to individuals who have previously completed an internship at HNTB. You will work on-site to assist our engineering teams with various project tasks and design duties.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering teams with daily tasks and project responsibilities.
- Conduct research and assist in the development and design of projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings and related documentation.
- Perform basic engineering calculations.
- Organize information for use in technical documents and drawings.
What you'll need#
- Current or previous experience as an HNTB intern.
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program. Eligible majors include Civil, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to accept and apply direction from supervisors and peers.

- Locations: Tampa, Bartow, Tallahassee, and Chipley, Florida.
