About the role#
This is an 8-month internship position with the Investment Solutions Group CRM team. You will work on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to support our investment management operations. You will gain hands-on experience building connected applications, workflows, and data insights while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical team members.
What you'll do#
- Develop and configure solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support investment business processes.
- Build and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
- Configure platform components including data models, forms, views, business rules, and security settings.
- Troubleshoot defects and support the stability of the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to improve user experience and automate manual tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a diploma or degree program for Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Foundational software development skills including object-oriented programming, APIs, and data structures.
- Knowledge of C#.NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience using Git and source control.
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn new technologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.
