About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship for Summer 2026. You will join the Enterprise Operations organization to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management. The program focuses on applying the SCOR model to optimize processes across areas including sourcing, logistics, planning, and manufacturing operations. This is an on-site position based in Spring, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Assist in analyzing and mapping current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for process optimization.
- Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Completed 3rd year of a Bachelor's degree or 1st year of a Master's program.
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Management.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Sharepoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future.
