    About the role#

    This is a 12-week paid internship for Summer 2026. You will join the Enterprise Operations organization to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management. The program focuses on applying the SCOR model to optimize processes across areas including sourcing, logistics, planning, and manufacturing operations. This is an on-site position based in Spring, Texas.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in analyzing and mapping current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework.
    • Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for process optimization.
    • Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management and order fulfillment.
    • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.

    What you'll need#

    • Completed 3rd year of a Bachelor's degree or 1st year of a Master's program.
    • Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Management.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Sharepoint.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future.

    • Pay: $29 to $35 per hour.
