About the role#
The 2027 Summer Operations Internship at Hubbell Incorporated provides students with corporate experience and practical exposure to our business operations. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Aiken, South Carolina. You will work on projects that contribute to our daily operations and build your professional skill set.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of the MOV Block Utilization Database.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Work on comprehensive, value-added projects.
- Develop technical skills relevant to your major.
- Manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Deliver a final presentation to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerBI, and Excel is a plus.
