About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship focused on operational excellence. You will drive initiatives that impact the business by developing Continuous Improvement KPI processes. You will work with stakeholders to analyze data, find areas for improvement, and create practical solutions. At the end of the program, you will present your recommendations to the local management team.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data and identify specific improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement KPI processes.
- Assist with broader process improvement efforts.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks while working independently.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and continuous improvement principles.
