About the role#
As a Space Operations Engineering Intern, you will support real-world spacecraft missions. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-time spacecraft operations and mission-level engineering for near-Earth and interplanetary missions.
What you'll do#
You will assist with the planning, development, and testing of mission operations. Your tasks include simulation support, test execution, and procedure development. You will work closely with experienced engineers throughout the program.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering. You should have a clear interest in mission-level engineering and the ability to work effectively alongside experienced team members.
Location & details#
This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship located in Redondo Beach, California. The program lasts 12 weeks, running from May or June through August or September 2027.
