About the role#
This is a 9-week, full-time internship program starting in June 2027. You will work across Global Travel, Meetings & Events, and Corporate Services strategy. The role provides hands-on experience in the operations that support a global investment firm. You will work with internal teams to turn observations into insights that improve business processes.
What you'll do#
- Lead a strategic technology initiative for Corporate Services.
- Produce monthly volume and spend reports for North American events to share with senior executives.
- Assist with sourcing venues and planning employee events.
- Manage registration sites and support on-site event execution.
- Help with travel reporting, data analysis, and program performance reviews.
- Support cross-functional projects involving Travel, Meetings & Events, and Corporate Services strategy.
- Develop materials for leadership presentations and business reviews.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date by summer 2028.
- Coursework or interest in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
- This is an on-site position. Employees are expected to be in the office at least four days each week.
- The internship is paid and runs during the Summer 2027 term.
