About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer of 2027 based in San Francisco. You will join the Real Estate team at Invesco, where you will be placed in either the Equity or Credit business line. The program provides exposure to various asset classes and direct interaction with investment professionals. You will participate in a cohort-based experience that includes professional development and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Work on deals and transactions alongside the team.
- Assist with preparing and updating property and portfolio level financial models in Excel and Argus.
- Participate in internal and external client meetings, including contract negotiations.
- Complete real-world case studies and an end-of-summer capstone project.
- Gain exposure to business lines and multiple asset classes within the real estate portfolio.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
- Academic background in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
