About the role#
This position offers a student the chance to lead communication efforts for the Department of the Environment. You will work with the Department Chair and Administrative Assistant to share updates with current students, prospective students, and alumni. This is a paid, part-time role requiring 4-6 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Create and post content to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok on a weekly basis.
- Develop clear and engaging messages for the department.
- Connect ENVS messaging with other relevant accounts across the college.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an ENVS major with at least one year of experience in the program.
- Strong writing and graphic design skills.
- Competence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- A self-motivated and creative approach to your work.
- Ability to manage your time effectively.
