About the role#
The Music, Theatre, & Dance Performance Crew supports the daily operations of the Music & Theatre Department. This position offers flexible hours tailored to your availability and the concert schedule. There is an opportunity for promotion after one semester of work.
What you'll do#
- Set up stage equipment like chairs, stands, and risers.
- Welcome patrons and distribute programs.
- Scan tickets and coordinate latecomers.
- Assist with seat reservations in the box office.
- Support various tasks across the department.
What you'll need#
- Experience handling customer service tasks.
- Ability to coordinate emergency procedures.
- Familiarity with concert operations is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
