About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial real estate industry within the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investment and acquisition projects. This is a full-time, paid position based in Tampa.
What you'll do#
- Analyze market statistics, demographics, and traffic counts to assist with market research reports.
- Support property valuations for current and proposed listings using Excel and Argus.
- Prepare lease abstracts by reviewing and summarizing lease documents.
- Assist the team with the transaction due diligence process.
- Create marketing materials, including offering memorandums and teasers, by designing charts and graphics.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles to support the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior graduating in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent work authorization in the United States. Sponsorship is not provided for this role.
- You possess strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- You have an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Real Estate.
