    About the role#

    This is a part-time student position based at John Deere World Headquarters in Moline, Illinois. You will work alongside our full-time staff to support supply chain operations throughout the academic year and the summer. This role is on-site and requires daily commuting.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage projects and sourcing tasks related to supply chain integration.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts and work on supplier resiliency, specifically regarding tariff mitigation and recovery.
    • Create and maintain key performance reports and data sources for the team.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited university or college.
    • Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or MIS.
    • A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Good skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
    • Ability to work 16-20 hours per week during the academic year and 30-40 hours per week during the summer.
    • Graduation date of May 2027 or later.
