About the role#
The Category Leadership Intern supports our sales and marketing teams by providing data insights and analysis. You will work with retail customers to help drive brand and category growth. This role involves an extensive onboarding program and hands-on experience in a team-based environment.
What you'll do#
- Develop customer-specific analyses to explain trends and identify distribution opportunities.
- Create promotion recommendations based on your findings.
- Use syndicated POS, panel, and customer card data to support growth initiatives.
- Build and analyze marketing and sales reports using various reporting tools.
- Use pricing and assortment tools to forecast volume and share based on market changes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Junior or senior status is preferred.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- The ability to tell a story using data.
- A curious mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
- Prior work experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Location: Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027 (starting May 24, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site, full-time.
- This is a paid internship. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
