About the role#
This nine-week Summer Analyst Program prepares you for a career in wealth management within the Global Private Bank. You will focus on the Latin American market, gaining exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. The program begins with an induction week of training to build your technical knowledge. You will work alongside bankers and specialists to support client needs across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil.
What you'll do#
- Analyze market activities and client requirements to help develop strategies that meet financial goals.
- Collaborate with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and create products.
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and networking events.
- Work with a team of advisors to deliver customized wealth management solutions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Non-MBA) with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, along with cultural knowledge of the region.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (limited sponsorship is available for specific STEM degrees indexed in finance).

- This is a paid, on-site internship for Summer 2026.
