About the role#
The Innovation Development Program is a summer analyst role focused on product management within the Commercial and Investment Bank. You will rotate through two teams to work on projects that combine technology, design, and business strategy. This program provides training, mentorship, and access to executive leaders to support your professional growth.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through two different teams to contribute to high-impact projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders while receiving support from experienced leaders and a professional network.
- Support the development or launch of a product.
- Analyze data to formulate recommendations that shape business strategy and drive decisions.
- Identify solutions for client needs and assist in process transformations.
- Present findings to executive leadership to build your expertise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited U.S. university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
- A passion for product innovation and business transformation.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a record of academic or professional achievement.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic to drive projects forward.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

- This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 internship.
- Work is performed on-site.
- Available locations include Chicago, Illinois; Plano, Texas; and the New York Metro area.
