About the role#
The Global Finance & Business Management Summer Analyst program is a 9-week internship designed to provide training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders. You will work within one of our functional groups: Business Management, Controller, Financial Analysis, or Project Management. This program serves as a pipeline for our full-time analyst roles. You will contribute to hands-on projects, apply analytical frameworks to identify trends, and support business strategy in a team environment.
What you'll do#
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and group heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.
- Create meaningful financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support business strategy.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and controls across the transaction lifecycle.
- Support initiatives that drive cross-line-of-business or firmwide priorities.
- Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives supported by financial and data-driven insights.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- Digital-first mindset with data-driven critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in academic or community organizations.
