About the role#
The Internal Audit Analyst Program is a 9-week summer internship designed to introduce you to our firm, culture, and audit practices. You will join one of our business lines or technology internal audit teams to help safeguard the firm by evaluating the effectiveness of controls. This program serves as a pipeline for our full-time Internal Audit Analyst Program, and successful interns may receive an offer of full-time employment.
What you'll do#
Your work begins by understanding business processes, risks, and related controls. You will document your findings through process flows and present results to management. Responsibilities vary by track:
- Identify and analyze risks in our businesses.
- Test controls by reviewing documents, observing teams, and meeting with management.
- Provide feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of control environments.
- Apply knowledge of AI and data analytic concepts, including data profiling, conversion, and standardization.
- For technology-focused roles, evaluate controls within business applications, data management, global infrastructure, and cyber security.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Majors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or Statistics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work on-site.

- This is a paid, full-time summer internship.
