About the role#
Justice Resource Institute offers clinical internships for students pursuing a career in mental health. You will work within our Community Based Services division to support families and children who have significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. This role provides supervision from licensed staff to support your clinical growth and degree requirements.
What you'll need#
- You must be working toward a Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field such as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- A clinical interest in working with children and adolescents is required.
- Familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment is preferred.
- You need good written and oral communication skills.
- We perform background and driving record checks for all interns.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Taunton, Massachusetts.
- The internship is paid and full-time.
- We accept applications on a rolling basis.
