About the role#
Keeley Companies is hiring Estimating Interns for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within our Operations Groups to support the development of construction project budgets and timelines.
What you'll do#
- Assist Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers with the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to collect and analyze bids for accurate pricing.
- Update project timelines by integrating estimates with schedules.
- Attend project meetings to provide input on budget considerations and cost implications.
- Follow safety standards and policies throughout the estimating process.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- A desire to learn multiple tasks.
- A self-starter mindset and the willingness to ask questions.

- This is a paid, full-time internship located on-site in St. Louis, Missouri.
- The term takes place during Summer 2027.
- Candidates must complete a selection assessment and a pre-employment drug screen.
