About the role#
Keeley Companies is hiring Construction Management Interns for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship based in St. Louis, Missouri. You will work within our Operations Groups to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers across multiple construction projects.
- Monitor and communicate with subcontractors performing field work.
- Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers on job sites.
- Update project schedules and attend project meetings.
- Learn and follow all company safety policies and culture.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects as directed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized approach to multitasking and a results-oriented mindset.
- An aptitude for learning and a willingness to ask questions.
- Candidates must complete a selection assessment and a pre-employment drug screen.
