About the role#
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work with our engineering teams in Camden, New Jersey. You will contribute to the development of software for tactical radio equipment and participate in the full software development life cycle. This role focuses on applying engineering and mathematical concepts to real-world system design.
What you'll do#
- Develop and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software.
- Create operational performance requirements and system designs.
- Support all phases of the software development life cycle, from requirements analysis to final testing.
- Write software test procedures, programs, and documentation.
- Use modeling tools to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests.
- Participate in peer reviews to identify, track, and repair defects.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, Digital Arts & Sciences, or a related field at an accredited university.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Camden, New Jersey.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- We operate on a 9/80 schedule, where you work 80 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off.
- This is a paid internship.
