About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will support both new product development and factory operations for existing products. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Clifton, New Jersey.
What you'll do#
- Support mechanical engineering tasks for new product development.
- Assist with factory support for existing products.
- Work with mechanical designers on CAD models and part documentation.
- Generate and process engineering change orders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to CAD or analysis (FEA) tools.
- Experience in the design or analysis of electronic systems, structures, and mechanisms.
Location & details#
- Location: Clifton, New Jersey.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule, which includes working 80 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off.
