About the role#
As a member of the Business Development team in the Yogourt and Cultured division, you will support the coordination and execution of various projects. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are planned, documented, and communicated effectively. This is an 8-month paid internship for Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain a database to track project information.
- Find opportunities to improve how we gather, store, and analyze project data through automation and better templates.
- Gather information from internal sources to help identify project risks and support mitigation plans.
- Create communication templates and project overviews to assist with planning and reporting.
- Handle additional tasks related to business development initiatives as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in business administration, food technology, or engineering, with a focus on project management. You should be in your 3rd or final year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience or knowledge of SAP, Workfront, or similar project management software.
- A solid understanding of project management tools and core processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, pay close attention to detail, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- A resourceful approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well with different teams across the organization.
- Working toward a CAMP designation or bilingualism in French and English are considered assets.

- This role is based in Ontario, Canada.
- The position follows a hybrid work model.
- This is a full-time, paid contract position.
