About the role#
The Marketing Intern joins the innovation team to plan, manage, and execute marketing launches. You will own specific project components or manage low to mid-range innovation projects while partnering with the Senior Innovation Manager. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Manage and execute projects that contribute to innovation and renovation, including reformulations, packaging changes, and re-launches.
- Monitor volume and profitability targets for innovations by tracking competitive activity and consumer promotions.
- Analyze market, consumer, and financial data to provide growth recommendations.
- Support marketing plans through the execution of media support and promotional activities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with Sales functions to develop and validate in-store executions.
- Track and manage marketing spend within the established budget.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing post-secondary education, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Solid understanding of marketing and business fundamentals.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong initiative and the ability to influence others without formal authority.
- Experience in CPG is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- French language skills are considered an asset.
