About the role#
This summer internship offers an opportunity to apply your academic background to real-world engineering projects. You will work on-site in Michigan City, Indiana, from May 25 to August 6, 2027. The role includes technical training, mentorship, and professional development sessions. You will also participate in an Immersion Day at our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, with all travel expenses covered by the company.
What you'll do#
- Configure software using Python.
- Run product simulations using programming software.
- Update and modify code within the telematics portal.
- Design product specifications.
- Prototype and test new products.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor degree in engineering, or be currently pursuing one.
- A specific degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
- An interest in working within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
