About the role#
As an Electrical and Electronics System Integration Engineer Co-Op, you will support the development of Ag Tractors. You will work with the product validation team to ensure electro hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems meet design criteria. This role involves testing, data analysis, and technical reporting.
What you'll do#
- Plan, conduct, and document functional, performance, inter-lock, and diagnostic tests.
- Tune the performance of electro hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems and software.
- Set up, operate, and monitor vehicle systems tests in lab and track environments.
- Determine, install, and calibrate required test instruments.
- Install and operate test automation equipment.
- Establish and follow lab test procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot system problems, then implement corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze test data to identify trends.
- Write formal technical test reports.
- Interface with support groups and customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
