About the role#
The Compact and Large Tractor Product Validation group tests and validates new products before they reach the global market. As an Electrical and Electronics System Integration Engineer Co-Op, you will join this test engineering team to gain hands-on experience with instrumentation, validation, and prototype support. You will work alongside experienced engineers across various product lines, including 4WD tractors, mid-sized tractors, and sprayers.
What you'll do#
- Select, calibrate, and install instrumentation and data acquisition equipment to ensure data integrity.
- Write drive scripts to automate test sequences and cycles.
- Provide prototype build support for electrical and electronic system activities.
- Conduct tests on components, subsystems, and full vehicles in both lab and field environments.
- Use tools such as Vector CANalyzer, ETAS Inca, and dSPACE CalDesk for data collection.
- Support test software compilation using Green Hills tools.
- Perform hands-on evaluations including hydraulic circuit efficiency tests, suspension optimization trials, and high-speed brake decelerations.
- Document test results and provide feedback to development teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.

- Schedule: Full-time hours during the summer and part-time hours during the school year.
- Compensation: $19.57 - $27.81 per hour.
