About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship provides hands-on experience in multiple human resources disciplines. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending three days a week in the office. The program connects your academic background to real-world projects that impact our culture and business operations. Participants are paired with a mentor through our LincPal program and have access to professional development workshops and leadership exposure.
What you'll do#
- Support HR operations, including performance management and employee life-cycle management.
- Assist with talent acquisition tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Contribute to talent development initiatives like workforce planning and organizational capability building.
- Engage in global communication projects, focusing on internal strategy and employee engagement.
- Participate in HR technology projects, including systems strategy and process automation.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or have achieved a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
- 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
