About the role#
The Anatomy Lab Student Worker supports the course director in the gross anatomy lab. You will assist students through dissection steps and help maintain the lab environment. This is a paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Answer student questions regarding dissection steps.
- Prepare anatomical specimens for instruction.
- Handle lab set-up, tear-down, and cleaning of dissection equipment.
- Restock lab supplies.
- Help create practice practicals and proctor open lab study sessions.
- Assist with lab exam setup and proctoring.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Lipscomb.
- Completion of A&P I and A&P II.
- Completion of BY 460v.
- Preferred majors include Biology, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or Health Administration.
