About the role#
This HR Summer Internship offers students a chance to gain hands-on experience across key HR functions. You will work within a specific HR area while collaborating with a cohort of other interns on a project that impacts the business. This role provides exposure to diverse teams and mentorship from senior HR leadership to guide your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Assist teams with talent solutions, learning initiatives, recruitment, and other HR programs.
- Conduct research and design solutions for real-world HR challenges.
- Collaborate with an intern cohort on a significant business project.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and senior HR leaders.
- Participate in development sessions led by peers and senior mentors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program focused on Human Resources.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships and influence others.
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement process improvements.
- Capacity to use data and sound reasoning to support your work.
