About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Operations Analyst Co-op position based in Toronto for the Summer 2027 term. You will join our team to work on projects that support business strategy and transformation goals. This role is designed to build your skills in problem-solving and continuous improvement within a large-scale operations environment. You will also gain early access to our GRO early talent program.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data to generate insights that inform decision-making.
- Contribute to process mapping and automation efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple business lines.
- Participate in networking and professional development activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
