About the role#
This internship provides a practical look into the green industry. You will work on real projects across our service lines, including Property Care, Irrigation, Enhancements, Design, and Construction. We offer two paths: a Rotational Program where you experience multiple departments, or a Focused Program where you dedicate your time to a specific service line. You will also complete an individual project focused on efficiency or process improvements to present at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hands-on projects related to property care, irrigation, and construction.
- Gain knowledge in horticultural practices, account management, and enhancement sales.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to gather insights and practical experience.
- Rotate through departments or focus on a specific service line based on your career interests.
- Work on an assigned project throughout the summer and present your findings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, Human Resources, Environmental Engineering, or Agriculture.
- Standing as a Junior or Senior.
- A valid driver's license.
- A strong interest in the green industry and high-end residential landscaping.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
