About the role#
As an Innovation Strategy Intern, you will support our business by assisting with strategy planning, data collection, and competitive research. You will work directly with the Director of Strategic Insights and Innovation and participate in a Center of Excellence to learn about healthcare innovation. This is a paid, full-time summer 2027 internship.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze customer intelligence using primary and secondary research methods.
- Conduct competitive market research to identify trends and help formulate product strategy.
- Synthesize data into evidence-based problem statements to direct future actions.
- Gain exposure to subject matter experts and participate in structured coaching.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology.
- Experience leading or assisting with research activities like interviews, focus groups, statistical analysis, document review, or evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear written and verbal communication.

- This role is based on-site in Irving, Texas.
- The internship lasts for 10 weeks.
