About the role#
The Finance Internship is a full-time, paid position lasting 10 to 11 weeks during the summer of 2027. Interns gain exposure to global organizations and leadership teams while contributing to strategic business initiatives. This role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and requires employees to work on-site at least four days per week.
What you'll do#
- Analyze financial data, capital expenditures, and cost center expenses.
- Conduct risk-based internal audits covering operational, financial, and information technology functions.
- Review income, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
- Perform market, industry, and category analysis.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer program.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Experience with team-based academic, extracurricular, or internship projects.
- A demonstrated interest in corporate finance or related fields.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States, as sponsorship is not provided for this position.
