About the role#
This internship offers broad exposure to our global organization and leadership teams. You will participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that contribute to our business goals. This is a full-time, paid summer position lasting 10 to 11 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Develop digital healthcare and virtual reality platforms to help patients, doctors, and hospital networks collaborate.
- Use human-centered design principles to improve system usability for employees and customers.
- Apply data analytics and statistical methods to develop business insights that support decision making.
- Identify and recommend ways to streamline business processes, applications, and systems.
- Assess global IT security and identify solutions to mitigate risk.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer information systems, business information systems, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, from June 1 to August 14 or June 15 to August 21.
- Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- This role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- The position requires working on-site a minimum of 4 days per week.
