About the role#
This position provides administrative support to the Student Success and Engagement Office, specifically for Residence Life and Housing. The role is paid at $8.00 per hour for the 2026-27 academic year.
What you'll do#
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Direct phone calls and assist walk-in visitors.
- Manage email accounts.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Update the office website as directed.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- A friendly approach to customer service.
- Willingness to help where needed.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Support for Residence Life and Housing policies.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology.
