    About the role#

    The Miami HEAT is seeking an intern for the summer of 2026 to support the Marketing team. You will work across different areas of the business with a focus on Game Operations and Jr. HEAT camps. This is a full-time, paid position based in Miami.

    What you'll do#

    • Support marketing campaign activations.
    • Assist with Jr. HEAT camp programming, including material preparation and event setup or breakdown.
    • Monitor and maintain the Marketing and Jr. HEAT event calendar.
    • Produce administrative materials for game operations, Jr. HEAT, and team talent.
    • Assist Game Operations with events as needed.
    • Manage promotional material inventory and process departmental invoices.
    • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and handling donation requests.
    • Support the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Marketing on special projects.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a college or university.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and balance multiple tasks.
    • Availability to work HEAT home games, camps, evenings, and select weekends.
    • Capacity to perform heavy lifting of 10 to 15 pounds.
    • Experience in marketing, event planning, or project management is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
