    About the role#

    Michelin is hiring engineering interns for the Summer 2027 term. This program provides hands-on experience in an industrial plant environment. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to contribute to facility goals and process improvements.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide leadership and support to help the team reach common objectives.
    • Collaborate with maintenance and quality departments to meet daily and annual performance goals.
    • Monitor facility needs to support long-term succession planning and employee development.
    • Identify and implement improvements for both processes and teams.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university.
    • A major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or Computer Science.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • A willingness to work on-site in an industrial plant environment.
    • Authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.

    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Work Modality: On-site, full-time.
    • Compensation: This is a paid internship.
