    About the role#

    As a DRAM Product Test Engineer intern, you will work on the development, debug, and maintenance of test programs. You will help deliver Micron's DRAM portfolio to market by focusing on memory cell health, high-speed interfaces, or system-level application testing. This role involves working from the new product introduction phase through high-volume manufacturing.

    What you'll do#

    • Write and support test programs and scripts using C++ and Python.
    • Develop and debug test programs across the product lifecycle.
    • Analyze device and test flow data to make decisions regarding test coverage.
    • Provide input to help define next-generation design for test capabilities.
    • Collaborate with partners in Design, Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Global Quality, and Systems Integration.
    • Balance test time objectives with yield and quality requirements.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • Basic knowledge of R/L/C circuits.
    • Understanding of digital systems and logic gate representation.
    • Knowledge of CMOS transistor operation.
    • Basic statistics and data analytics skills.
