About the role#
Join the regional Human Capital team at MNP as an intern or technician. You will assist with recruiting experienced candidates, building talent pools, and managing onboarding processes. This role supports our broader HR initiatives and helps maintain our standards as an employer. This is a temporary four-month position with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain pools of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Use various platforms to proactively search for talent.
- Screen applications and manage follow-ups with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing documents and coordinating necessary follow-ups.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on candidate experience and process improvement.
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to support team priorities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an AEC or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, customer service, or administrative work is an asset.
- A strong sense of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
