About the role#
The Career Development Center is hiring a student for an Office Assistant position. This role supports the daily operations of the office by helping students, employers, and faculty members with their inquiries.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer assistance to visitors and callers.
- Answer telephone calls and in-person questions.
- Assemble folders of handouts and assist with mailings.
- Complete computer tasks and web forms.
- Help prepare for and host office events.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student.
- Majors in Business Administration or Communications are preferred.
- A willingness to learn general information about career services.
- Availability to work during lunch hours between 12pm and 2pm is preferred.

- This is an on-site position located in the United States.
- The role is paid and part-time.
- Hiring is on a rolling basis.
