- Welcome and assist visitors, students, and staff.
- Answer general questions about services offered by the office.
- Schedule appointments.
- Represent the department at campus tours, information tables, and outreach events.
- Complete administrative tasks, office projects, and assist with workshops.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at Mohawk Valley Community College with work-study funds available.
- Strong skills in communication, customer service, and time management.
- You are organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- You are comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
