About the role#
The Coatings Marketing Intern supports our global marketing team. You will conduct analysis and research on market segments to help guide resource allocation and portfolio development. This role is based in Niskayuna, New York, and runs for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Synthesize market reports and conduct basic research on potential new markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team on literature, videos, and social media content.
- Analyze our product portfolio to identify pruning opportunities and ensure global alignment.
- Perform competitor analysis.
- Coordinate new product development initiatives alongside the technical team.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, specifically pursuing a degree in business or marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and provide clear, professional summary insights.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from May through August.
- Enrollment in a degree program for at least one semester following the internship.

- Compensation: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
